Ken Majors, Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Ken is a founder and Board Member of Comotiv Systems. Having managed his first merger and acquisition at the age of 28, Ken is a leader with a solid record of success in turning companies around. His resume includes 20 years of business development in the financial, manufacturing, and technology sectors, generating multiple products, and services in these markets. Since raising over $15 million to date in investor funding for Comotiv Systems, Ken devotes the majority of his time and efforts to developing Comotiv Systems’ five-year strategic plan, creating new business opportunities, maintaining excellent shareholder relations, and sharpening his vision for the future of technology in desktop communications. A native of Portland, Oregon, Ken attended the Professional School of Architecture at Montana State University in Bozeman.
Arnold Fuchs, Chief Financial Officer
Arnie is the CFO, Secretary, and Treasurer of Comotiv Systems, as well as its second Board Member. He has more than 40 years of experience in business management, finance, and accounting. After earning a BA from St. Martin's College in Olympia, Washington and an MBA from Washington State University in Pullman, Washington, Arnie worked as a Senior Staff Auditor at KPMG. A CPA, he next joined Northwest Copper Works, Inc. as the company's Controller, eventually becoming its President. In conjunction with his work at Comotiv Systems, Arnie is also the President, CEO, and Board Chairman at Harris Thermal Transfer Products, Inc. in Newberg, Oregon. He is a member of the American Society of CPAs and the Oregon Society of CPAs.
